Lost and alone on the battlefield of love, no shield to protect you from the pain. Falling down again and again, surrounded by fire wishing for rain. Trapped in the depths of your mind, an iron case surrounding your heat. Unable to trust in anyone, many times you've been ripped apart. But.. Can I be your soldier? Rescuing you from all your pain, carrying you off the battlefield, through the fire and after the rain. Tending to each emotional wound, while dusting off that old iron case. Making right the wrong done to you, restoring a glow that once graced your face. All these words I say to you, might not come as a surprise. For many others came into your life, caressing you with nothing but lies. I can't tell you to trust me, with all you've been through. But everything I say here, I say because..I truly love you..
you dont know me, you know of me. I fall on my knees. I pick myself back up. Fall back seven. Stand up eight. I learn that the hardest part of letting go is holding on. I live for today because noone every promised me a tomorrow. You only get once chance, live with your fullest. Hold nothing back, make no regrets. I really never learn from my mistakes. i give up way to easily, and give chance after chance not knowing what the income is. I honestly don't care anymore what you think of me. I'm me and i don't need to change for you. Dont judge me, im not here to impress you. You dont have to point out my imperfections, im aware im not perfect. I am although my own individual and i will find a way to be different But my biggest fear is admitting to myself I honestly do. My mind is it's own. Not even I can figure it out. I'll close myself off the second I feel dependent. There's only two pains in life. The pain of discipline and the pain of regret. dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die tomorrow. And theres a point in life when you get tired of chasing everyone and trying to fix everything. But it's not giving up. It's realizing that you dont need certain people and there crap. I always have a reason why i wake in the morning. Life is too short to wake up in the morning with no regrets, love the people who treat you right. Forget about the ones who dont, and believe that everything happends for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life. Let it. nobody said that it'd be easy. they just promised it would be worth it. i would keep a promise over my dead body. because, i know how it feels when the whole world is walking over you. i never asked you to like me,
